The CBSE syllabus is structured by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) which is a national level board of education in India and it is governed by the Central Government. CBSE curriculum is highly versatile and competent and will surely make your children knowledgeable and responsible citizens of India. It is a centralised curriculum offered in more than 26 countries in the world.

There are about 17300 schools affiliated to CBSE in the world, among them, 17,093 are in India and the rest of them are in other parts of the world. In the CBSE curriculum, the traditional quarterly, half-yearly and annual exams are not conducted.

In fact, a system of continuous assessment throughout the year is followed in CBSE and these assessments are called Formative Assessments (FA) followed by a final assessment called Summative Assessment (SA). The academic year in CBSE syllabus is divided into 2 semesters.
